Wow!!  45 years and it seems like yesterday.  After reading the biographies of our classmates, it looked like we met our goal and our slogan:  Great, Class of ’58.

After graduation, I worked in the oil patch in the welding and housing industry.  After receiving my state plumbing license in 1961, my wife, Beth, and I moved to Wichita Falls where I worked 2 years for a large mechanical contractor at Shepard’s Air Force Base. Then I spent 1 year in Oklahoma City at Tucker Mechanical.

For the last 40 years, I have been employed in the firm of General Engineering Corporation working on large commercial projects such as: The Kimbell Art Museum, Carter Museum, General Motors Plant, Miller Brewery, Acme Brick, and the Ben Hogan Club and Ball Plant to name a few.  In March of this year, I cut my work schedule back to two days a week which I like tremendously.

My bride of 42 years and a 1961 Pampa grad, Bethena Bradford, and I raised 6 children: Barbara, Elizabeth, Deann, Christina, Randall, and Bonnie, and we now have 5 grandchildren: Kelly, Brady, Nicholas, Emma, and Thomas.  The Lord has truly blessed our family greatly.

My favorite hobbies are fishing and golf.  Beth and I intend to do some traveling in the near future.
